TUSHAR G. SHAH received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport in 2004. He then attended the Quinnipiac University School of Law and the Lender School of Business at Quinnipiac University and earned his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration degrees in 2007. Prior to joining Montstream Law Group, LLP, Attorney Shah was an Associate at Fazzano & Tomasiewicz, LLC for over six years, a general practice firm where his practice focused on general civil litigation, workers’ compensation, criminal law, and family law.

Attorney Shah joined Montstream Law Group in 2014 as an associate where his practice involves workers’ compensation and civil defense litigation. Currently, since the Fall 2016, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law teaching the subject of workers’ compensation. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, presently serving as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee and a former member of both the American Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of Connecticut. He has previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law coaching the Quinnipiac University School of Law Mock Trial Team for a period of seven years, and has taken leadership roles in the past with the Connecticut Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Section including serving as the Secretary and Treasurer of the section. He is admitted to practice to the state bar of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has an “AV” preeminent rating by Martindale Hubbell.
