RYAN B. FLAMENT is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor with honors and earned a concentration in Tax Law. Prior, he completed a project management graduate certificate program and he earned his B.A. at Western New England College with honors. Attorney Flament is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. He joined Montstream Law Group in 2019.
