MARLA L. SELIGSON graduated cum laude from Southern Connecticut State University in 1994 with a B.S. in Political Science and Minor in English.  She attended Syracuse University College of Law and graduated cum laude in 1998.  During law school she was a member of the Justinian Honorary Society, she served as an editor of the Journal of Legislation and Policy and was a Research and Writing Teaching Assistant for first year law students.  She has spent the last twenty five years working in a litigation defense firm defending personal injury and general liability matters with a concentration and focus on workers’ compensation defense.  She joined Montstream Law Group in 2023 where she continues to handle and litigate workers’ compensation claims.  She is a member of the Connecticut, New Haven and American Bar Associations and admitted to the United States District Court, District of Connecticut.  She has provided seminars on workers’ compensation issues to clients.
